Product Collections
Within your stock module you can link various products together to creat a collection, this can be given a name e.g. "Summer promotion", you can also enter discounts against the products selected. The collection can then be selected when processing your sales invoices.
To create your product collection:
- Select the menu option Product collections from the Stock tab
- Click on New product collection from the centre section of your screen
- Enter a number and a name, click OK, entry will drop down to the listing area of your screen
- Click on the far right icon against your collection "Product lines":
- Select New product line from the centre section of your screen
- Select your product, enter quantity, location if created, price, discount etc, click OK

To select your product collection on your invoice
When you create an invoice for your customer (by going to the "Sales" tab, then "New quotation/order/invoice"), you can then simply click on "Add product collection" and then select the product collection that you will invoice your client for as well as the "Quantity factors" that you wish to use.
If you need more lines of goods than you specified in your product collection, please enter the correct number of lines in the "Quantity factors". This will multiply the number of goods that you specified in your product collection by the number that you enter here.
Now you can see that the quantity of each product in the collection has been multiplied by the quantity factor specified - in this example, by 5:
