Current Stock Receipts

Once you have created your purchase order it will sit within Current product orders and Current receipts awaiting confirmation of receipt of goods. With this stock system you can book or receipt your product in on a delivery note from your supplier or you can book them into the sytem if the goods and the supplier invoice arrive together.

You can accept partial bookings and book in additional stock which may not have been on the original order.
To register product receipt:

• Click on the menu option Current receipts from the stock tab
• Click on the Edit icon to the right of the order number
• Click the Edit icon to the right of the product that you have received
• Enter the quantity received in Quantity for reg. click OK
• Click Register receipt from the centre section of your screen, click Yes
• If all the products of a given order have been received, the ‘Current receipts’ list shows ‘Full’. If not, ‘Partial’ is indicated.
