Stock Management

Whether you have too little stock on the shelves or too much stock in the "back room", either can damage both your business and your liquidity.

Stock management with E-conomic can help you track individual items from purchase to sale and keep control of the company's stocks.

Note: Partial invoicing cannot be used in conjuction with the Stock Management add-on module as partial invoicing exists as part of the functionality within this actual module.

Before you start using Stock management you will need to setup the following in order for your data to be processed correctly:-

• Create Supplier Groups with Stock withdrawal
  
• Create Stock suppliers and link to a Supplier Groups with Stock Withdrawal
  
• Create Product Groups with Stock withdrawal
  
• Link products to product groups with stock withdrawal
  
• Enter Opening Stock balances
  
• Record the amount of stock being held by an agent
