Subscription status
Your company’s subscription(s), terms (e.g., collection period) and the number of registered users appears here.
To change your subscription status:
- Click ‘Settings’ > ‘Subscription’ > ‘Subscription status’
- Click the ‘Edit’ pencil icon to the right
- Select the desired subscription type
- Click ‘OK’
Access to new products is immediate. The next invoice will reflect the changes.
Note that a term of notice may apply to product cancellations.
