Subscription status

Your company’s subscription(s), terms (e.g., collection period) and the number of registered users appears here.

To change your subscription status:

  1. Click ‘Settings’ > ‘Subscription’ > ‘Subscription status’
  2. Click the ‘Edit’ pencil icon to the right
  3. Select the desired subscription type
  4. Click ‘OK’

Access to new products is immediate. The next invoice will reflect the changes.

Note that a term of notice may apply to product cancellations.
