Outbox

Documents emailed out

This function provides an overview of all documents (e.g. invoices, offers, etc.) that have been e-mailed via E-conomic.
You can see when who sent what as well as the status of each document.

To search for a sent document:

  1. Click ‘Settings’ > ‘Company’ > ‘Outbox’
  2. Edit the fields
    1. From/To date: The date interval
    2. Content: Enter text that is included in the message
    3. Recipient: The recipient of the message
    4. Subject: Enter text that is included in the subject line
  3. Click ‘OK’

In the columns, in summary screen under "Outgoing Mail", there may be various "comments ".

Column Status
Time When the email was sent.
Content Details about the content of the email - for example the invoice number.
Status Opened: The mail is received and opened \ Sent: The mail has been sent from E-conomic
Recipient Here you can see who you've emailed your documents to.
Subject Here you can see which document you sent, for example, "Invoice", "Order" or "Order".
Sent by Here you can see who has sent mail. The user ID of the sender appears in the column.
