Outbox
Documents emailed out
This function provides an overview of all documents (e.g. invoices, offers, etc.) that have been e-mailed via E-conomic.
You can see when who sent what as well as the status of each document.
To search for a sent document:
- Click ‘Settings’ > ‘Company’ > ‘Outbox’
- Edit the fields
- From/To date: The date interval
- Content: Enter text that is included in the message
- Recipient: The recipient of the message
- Subject: Enter text that is included in the subject line
- Click ‘OK’
In the columns, in summary screen under "Outgoing Mail", there may be various "comments ".

| Time | When the email was sent. |
| Content | Details about the content of the email - for example the invoice number. |
| Status | Opened: The mail is received and opened \ Sent: The mail has been sent from E-conomic |
| Recipient | Here you can see who you've emailed your documents to. |
| Subject | Here you can see which document you sent, for example, "Invoice", "Order" or "Order". |
| Sent by | Here you can see who has sent mail. The user ID of the sender appears in the column. |
Issues that can arise with sending mails
