If you don’t receive any mails from E-conomic

When you signed up for E-conomic, did you not receive any emails from us?

This may be due to one of two things - either you have entered your address incorrectly (which can be remedied by signing up again and making sure your address is correct), or your email is from a “Hotmail” or “Gmail” inbox. In some cases, Hotmail and Gmail choose to delete mails from us because they mistakenly consider them to be spam.

If your email is from Hotmail or Gmail

The solution to this problem is pretty simple. In your Hotmail or Gmail account, visit "Settings" and then "More options" and select "Senders are trusted". Then enter "post@e-conomic.dk" to add it to your Trusted senders list.

Voila! You can now sign up and receive emails from us.

P.S. This problem of not receiving E-conomic emails may also apply when you when you ask for a new password, so be sure that you can receive mails from us - just in case!
