Hide/show barred products

In your product database, you can choose to show or hide the goods you have "barred" in your product list.

By default, you will see only your "active products" in your product list, but if you click on "Show barred products" you can see all of your products – barred and active. If you wish to show only active products, click "Hide barred products".

In your product list, you have the option to bar the goods that you no longer use and hide them from your product list. You can bar products because e.g. a certain product was deleted from your inventory or because you simply do not want to see the product listed in your product database.

If you want to bar a product, choose "barred" in the “Access” entry field:

1. Click on the Sales tab > 'Product list'
2. Click the pencil icon "Edit" next to the item you wish to bar.
3. Select "Barred" in the "Access" drop down options
4. Click 'OK'
