New Quotes, Orders & Invoices

Before you create your invoice there are a few simple steps to follow:

Once you have completed these steps you are ready to start!

Create a new document

In order to create a new document:

  1. Click the highlighted icon (shown below) to the right of your customer ‘New quotation/ order/ invoice’]
  2. If the default customer setup has ‘Option upon creation’ checked, a status pop-up box will appear:
  3. Tick the box against the document you wish to create: a Quotation, Order or Invoice. The system will offer you the current date - you can change this if necessary.
