Delete or bar customers
In your customer list, you can easily delete or bar several customer numbers at one time. Of course, you can only delete customers that have not been booked yet. However, you can bar any customers you wish.
How to delete or bar your customers
In your customer list, click on the icon "Delete or bar customers".
In the pop up window that now appears, select from and to which group you want to delete or block your customers in the dropdown menu. Then you mark what should happen, either:
- Delete customers
- Bar customers
Once you've made your selection, click on "OK" and your customers will now either be deleted or barred, as desired.
If you want to see/hide your barred customers, you can click the "Show/Hide barred customers" icon.
If you have barred several customers in error, you can update their access (reactivate them) via a customer import.
