Why can't I see my invoice?

You may find that you cannot see your invoice in the pop up window. If you are using Adobe Reader®, the blank / black screen can be caused by the settings of your computer.

Here we have described settings which can cause a blank screen:

1. Temporary Internet files and cookies Internet Explorer
2. Temporary internet files and cookies Mozilla Firefox
3. PDF-Xchange Viewer
4. Encrypted pages
5. PDF files are opened directly in your browser
