PDF-XChange Viewer
If you are having problems viewing PDF files in E-conomic, it may be because you are using Internet Explorer.
Adobe ReaderĀ® has recently made an update (for Adobe Reader X)which for some E-conomic users results in a black or blank screen or you may have to click "show invoice" several times before it finally shows.
This you can solve by:
- Use a different browser, such as Mozilla Firefox
- or by using PDF-Xchange viewer instead.
How to download PDF-XChange Viewer
- Click the link
- Click download
Click on download and you get the message:
Click run and accept terms of agreement.
Delete the tick in Download and install midcair Community Toolbar
Now you just follow all the steps in the dialog boxes in PDF-XChange Viewer. When the PDF-XChange Viewer has been fully installed, you will be able to view your files in Internet Explorer.
Remember to set a tick in: Set PDF-XChange Viewer as default viewer for PDF files.
