How to deregister your E-conomic subscription

If you need to cancel your subscription with us, this can easily be done - but we will miss you!

To cancel your subscription:

1. Click 'Settings' > 'Subscription Status' > 'Deregister subscription'
2. Select the reason that you are leaving E-conomic, then please indicate whether or not you would recommend E-conomic to a friend or family member (on a scale of 1-10), and finally enter any comments you wish.
3. Click 'Yes'

Remember that you are under accounting law shall retain all financial records for 7 years. Therefore, it is a good idea to export your accounting data.

You can do this by using the "Export Data" option in the "Settings" tab, or you also have the option to transfer your E-conomic data to Excel anywhere in the system where you see the icon "View in Excel".

If you regret that you have deregistered your subscription, you can easily undo this action.

To cancel your deregistration:

1. Click on 'Settings'
2. Select 'Subscription Status' menu to the left
3. Click on the 'Cancel deregistration' icon
4. A pop-up window will ask you to confirm this decision - click yes.
