Changing the language of the user interface

The language of the user interface can be changed in two ways, depending on whether you want to change the language of your own or another user's interface.

Note: The language of the interface is independent of the program setup - i.e. if your E-conomic agreement is set up for UK reporting and taxes, changing the interface to e.g. German will not change the functionality.

To change the interface language:

1. Click ‘Dialogue‘ > ‘User info‘ > ‘Own user information‘
2. Click the ‘Edit‘ icon to the right
3. Enter your password
4. Select the desired language
5. Click ‘OK’
6. Log off and back onto E-conomic

If you are a superuser, you can change the language of another user's interface.

To change the interface language of others:

1. Click ‘Settings‘ > ‘Subscription‘ > ‘Users‘
2. Click the ‘Edit‘ icon to the right
3. Enter your password
4. Select the desired language
5. Click ‘OK’
6. Ask the user to log off and back onto E-conomic
