Customer Receipts

If you are processing a customer receipt that is clearing one invoice simply enter the invoice number in the field and then press the 'TAB' key. The information relating to the invoice will appear, providing the customer has paid the same amount click OK, if not, change the amount and then click OK.

If the customer has paid several invoices you can enter the amount after selecting the customer click on the Matching tab and all outstanding invoices will appear. Click the box to select the full amount or enter the amount being paid against each invoice.
