The Company Register

Here you can work with your different customers - both those who are invoiced by your firm (administrator invoicing) and those who are being invoiced themselves (client invoicing).

In the company register you can:

1. Set up new companies
2. Access the ledgers of the companies that you administer
3. Change the invoicing setup of companies
4. Allow/disallow your users access to certain companies

When using the search function for the number of the customer, you can search for either their E-conomic agreement number or the personal customer number that you have assigned to them.

You also have the opportunity to sort the column headings to view your customers in the order that makes sense for you.

The column "Subscription" shows how each company is invoiced:

• Client invoicing means the company is invoiced directly by E-conomic.
• Administrator invoicing means that your company is invoiced by E-conomic for that company.

It is easy to transfer companies from one category to another.
