Information about the fields

Note that not all fields are required

Field Action
No Give the subscription a number
Name The name you want for the subscription
Description A description of subscription type
Interval Define the subscription Period
Calendar basis Check this box to have E-conomic propose the last date in the calendar period as the end date of the subscription period. (For example, if you create a quarterly subscription on February 20, the system will make March 31 the end date. If you do not select 'Calendar year, the system will propose the 19th of May, ie. three months later as the end date)
Collection 'Full' to charge customers for a whole period even if the subscription was created in the middle of a subscription period.
'Proportional' to only charge customers for the period from the subscription date to the end of your subscription period.
Please note that used proportional calculation is the following:
The actual number of days for the period/the actual number of days in the interval*number of months.
If a subscriber starts April 1st (30 days) and ends 31 May (31 days) - the range is a quarter (April (30 days) May (31 days) June (30 days)) = 61/91 * 3 = 2.01 months
Include name as first product line Check this box to include the subscription name in the first line item on the invoice.
Add period after name Check this box to include the subscription period after the subscription name in the invoice. (This requires that you select 'Include name as the first product line' first.)
Allow more per customer Check this box to enable the customer to have multiple subscriptions to the same type of subscription.

Once you've created your subscription(s), you then attach your products and your customers.
